In lieu of a master’s degree plus two years of experience, employer will accept a bachelor’s
degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Computer Applications, Electrical And/or Electronics Engineering,
Engineering (Any) or related field plus five years of progressive work experience in any
position/title Providing experience with MACHINE LEARNING; AWS.
Special Requirements:
Qualifying experience must include experience with Machine Learning & AWS.

Position (Job ID # 1015): Functional Consultant

Duties:
- Analysis of current state documentation and to-be business process documentation in order to derive test scenarios .Develop test scenarios and test cases for hire to retire business processes in sap SuccessFactors – employee central (EC), recruitment Management (RCM) and onboarding (ONB), learning management (lMS), performance management (PMGM)
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMES) to fully understand business requirements and confirm/document test coverage in a Traceability matrix
- Develop comprehensive test cases which are repeatable, measurable and controllable to confirm that the system meets all requirements as Specified in the business requirements / workbooks
- Perform various functional, integration and data migration tests and document results in client ALM as per the test strategy and test plan; Attention to detail is imperative
- Document defects and track defect resolution with the system integrator using the defects module in client ALM
- Analyze test results to client and resolve defects, configuration issues and process GAP.
- Create data load files, validate data and cleanse data as needed for various testing cycles
- Provide support to user acceptance testing (UAT) testers during the UAT cycles
Document test results and defect resolutions in client ALM for later knowledge transfer sessions to internal staff
- Update testing documents following approved configuration changes or recommendations
- Submit progress or status reports using existing templates or client alm participate in the business requirement workshops, team Meetings, resolution discussions and testing planning sessions.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, support teams etc. Throughout the life cycle of the project
